A clean hotel, with friendly and helpful English speaking staff. Central to all sites from Grand Mosque to the Bazaar entry across the road. Restaurants next to the hotel, do not eat at Ugur Pidelli Kofte as they will rip you off.
The room was fantastic and the staff were all very friendly and made our stay extremely pleasant!
Very good hotel with convenient prices. Had one night there and it was good.
Location is perfect
Only issue is the noise from other rooms which was too much at night due to lack of isolation
The hotel rooms were clean. Breakfast was nice with variety of food. Staff were warm, kind, and friendly.
An absolute GARBAGE of an attitude from this hotel staff. Besides not speaking proper English, they refused a request made in an emergency. I hope they get treated the same when in need.
The staff is exceptionally friendly and so eager to provide for guests. They also recommended excellent places to eat. Several of the staff speak good English. Guest though should remember they are in Bursa the ancient capital of Turkey …
